Hydrology Field Trip to Garrapata-Joshua Confluence

The yellow flag below indicates the appproximate
location of the confluence of Garrapata and Joshua Creeks
where ESSP 460 class took measurements.
In the map below we can see the single-lane, unpaved road (yellow
line) winding 0.7 miles from Highway 1 just north of a scenic
1930s-vintage bridge arching over the mouth of Garrapata Creek.
